Patricia Avila claims she and her sister were employed twice a week to clean the singer’s Tarzana house, and all was well until one of his dogs, a massive Caucasian Shepherd, ventured into the back yard and assaulted the housekeepers as they were clearing a vacuum cleaner.

Avila claims the dog viscously attacking her sister, tearing several inches of skin off her arm and biting her face and legs, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

Brown, who was at home at the time, called 911, and the woman was taken to a local hospital, where her injuries were treated for several days.

Avila has filed a lawsuit against Chris, alleging that he neglected to safeguard her from his dog. It’s unclear if her sister, the actual victim of the dog attack, is suing independently.
