According to SFGate, Jerry Harris, the cast member of the Netflix documentary series “Cheer,” was arrested Thursday and charged with creating child pornography, three days after twin boys filed a lawsuit alleging that he sent them sexually explicit images of himself and pinned down one of them in a bathroom and pleaded for oral sex.
According to the complaint, Harris confessed during an interview that he had requested one of the teens to send him pictures and videos of his penis and buttocks on Snapchat after FBI agents raided his home in the Chicago suburb of Naperville on Monday.
He also confessed to constantly asking the teen, identified only as Minor 1, for such photos and videos between December 2018 and March of this year.
In addition, according to the complaint, Harris admitted to requesting and obtaining child pornography on Snapchat from “at least between 10 and 15 other individuals he knew were minors.”
“What everyone is seeing of Jerry Harris, from the outside view, from social media, is a completely different person from when you actually know him,” Charlie, one of the boys who has accused Harris of abuse, said: https://t.co/suElp0nAQQ pic.twitter.com/NyH0n81x04
