According to cops, the driver of the car seen in a video that went viral of a catastrophic road rage crash on the Palisades Parkway was treated for cuts and bruises and issued traffic citations.

Michael Brabham, 27, of Stony Point, was treated at a local hospital and issued a ticket for reckless driving and weaving in traffic, according to Raymond Walter, detective sergeant first class with the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police.

Brabham’s 2012 Honda Accord tailgating a Ford F-150 was captured on dashcam video near Exit 4 in Alpine, NJ, just before 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 24, Walter said.

The footage shows the Accord making a right turn onto the shoulder. The motorist then attempts to wiggle between the Ford and another car, but the Honda goes berserk and swerves into a rock formation on the parkway’s northbound side, before flipping and overturning.

Brabham was caught on dashcam video tailgating a Ford F-150 in a 2012 Honda Accord just before 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 24 near Exit 4 in Alpine, New Jersey, Walter said.

“Hopefully this video teaches other drivers, that driving aggressively or recklessly can have severe consequences,” Walter wrote in an email to The Post. “Luckily in this particular crash there were no life threatening injuries.”

Brabham admitted to Walter that the accident was caused “by having a road rage incident with another vehicle,”  He added that the video was turned over to police for evaluation.
