Charles Tanner allegedly became aggressive with his ex-girlfriend after she revealed that she had slept with a Black guy, and then held her captive for days while sexually torturing her.
Charles Tanner, 51, was arrested on sexual battery, aggravated battery, felony battery, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, and sexual cyberharassment charges in Brevard County on Wednesday.
He was still being held without bond at the county jail on Friday, pending his arraignment on July 26.

According to an affidavit for an arrest request acquired by The Post, the event occurred on June 8, when the victim, identified only by her initials, A.H., showed up to a neighbor’s house nude and covered in scars.
The letter revealed in graphic detail how the woman was repeatedly assaulted — including with a cucumber and a corn cobb — battered, lashed with an extension cord, deprived of food and drink, and threatened with a knife.
According to the victim, she has known Tanner for 5 years and was in a romance with him that ended a month earlier.
According to the court complaint, she stated that on June 3, she went to Tanner’s house after he promised to give her any drugs she desired.
Tanner allegedly wanted intercourse from the woman after she “enjoyed her high” for a couple hours.
After an hour of consensual sex, the situation worsened when the woman disclosed to Tanner that she had a sexual encounter with another man, a BLACK MAN, during their relationship.
“The defendant then kicked A.H. in the head,” according to the affidavit. The affidavit stated that “over the next few days, the defendant would beat A.H. with a closed fist and chastise her over being disloyal during their relationship.”
Tanner allegedly used methamphetamines, forced himself on the lady, or forced her to perform a sex act on him “to the point of her puking into a pail” during the encounter, according to the statement.
The woman claimed she was sexually abused at least ten times while in captivity, including being raped with a “plastic sex toy, a cucumber, and a corn cob,” according to the filing.
Tanner allegedly snapped a pictures of himself penetrating her with the victim’s phone and shared them to her acquaintances and her father on Facebook while she was in and out of consciousness.
After 5 days of rapes and physical abuse, the woman escaped from Tanner while he slept and rushed to a neighbor’s house for aid.
The victim told police that Tanner detained her against her will over several days and beat, raped, and filmed himself peeing and defecating on her.
