According to the police report published by Fox 10, the woman had waved down a passerby at another gas station, reporting that ‘she had been assaulted by her husband at her Goodyear house for the last several hours.’

Gray barricaded himself overnight inside the home, finally surrendering to authorities at around 7 am Monday without incident.

Gray presently faces charges which include assault (domestic violence), aggravated assault (strangulation) and disorderly behavior.
