A dispute over a milkshake turned into a shooting Monday at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Philadelphia.

The shooting resulted in the injury of a 17-year-old employee in the leg and the arrest of a suspect.

According to investigators, a disgruntled customer who was driving for DoorDash lost his temper and fired a shot at the store on Adams Avenue.

The 40-caliber bullet struck a team leader at a fast food chain in the leg. The bickering began because only one milkshake was included in the order.

According to authorities, the shooter demanded a second.

Officers reported that the driver pulled out a firearm and placed it on his lap at one point.

When a manager brought his staff members back into the store, the shot was fired.

According to authorities, the driver drove away, but officers later found it and obtained a positive identification of the shooting suspect. The injured employee’s condition is listed as stable.
