In his billion-dollar divorce from estrangred wife Nicole Young, Dr. Dre told a judge in Los Angeles that Young was not going to give him back his motorcycle, golf clubs and firearms from their Malibu home.
The Compton, California native said that in the July 30, 2020 document that Young, 50, refused to help one of his assistants who went to the home they had previously shared, according to The Blast.
Former N.W.A. member, 55, used to live at the oceanfront residence, where Young continues to live, and has since moved to his home in Brentwood, California.
‘Mr. Young sent someone to Malibu this morning to pick up some of his personal belongings (something Ms. Young does almost daily at the Brentwood home),’ attorneys for the music mogul, whose real name is Andre Young, told Young’s legal team, according to the outlet.
The Beats by Dr. Dre mogul’s ‘golf clubs, his motorcycle, and his registered pistol’ remain at the Malibu home, his lawyers said.
‘Please confirm that Mr. Young can have someone return to Malibu to retrieve his personal items without further interference sometime over the next few days,’ Dr. Dre’s lawyers said.
