LAPD Reportedly Investigating Dr. Dre’s Estranged Wife, Nicole Young, For Embezzlement

According to TMZ, Dr. Dre’s estranged wife, Nicole Young, is under investigation by the LAPD for alleged embezzlement.

Larry Chatman, Dre’s business partner, had actually gone to the police and made a report, asserting that Nicole had removed hundreds of thousands of dollars from their business without permission.

In the document to LAPD, Dre’s team claims that Nicole has pocketed $385,029. For the record, Dre did not file the report.

Dre made sure to mention Nicole’s for 2 withdrawals — a total of $385k — in their divorce proceedings. Nicole said that she had a right to the cash in the company account because her name is on it.

Earlier, Nicole’s legal team told TMZ that Chatman’s allegations against her are nothing more than an attempt at deflection and a PR stunt as she explores their pending divorce.
