34-Year-Old Melanie Montoya was charged with aggravated DWI and careless driving after plowing into a neighbor’s house, destroying a child’s bedroom.

The mom admitted, ON CAMERA, she was just leaving her house to get stoned and relieve some stress. But she ended up slammed into her neighbor’s two-story 100-year-old home. The neighbor stated to APD, “Another day my son’s going to be in there, you know, thank God he wasn’t but I mean, I’ve already lost a child.”

Montoya admitting to consuming alcohol that day and laughed her way through multiple field sobriety tests until the officer decided he’d seen enough of her.

Because she declined to perform a breathalyzer test, she was charged with aggravated DWI.
