According to police, the woman who was driving an older model Bentley when she lost control of the car and smashed into a South Beach eatery is not currently facing any criminal charges.

After the crash, the driver can be seen standing outside the vehicle in the footage.

It was around 6:30 p.m. Thursday when the lady, who was in her mid-70s, was attempting to parallel park near Call Me Gaby at 22 Washington Ave. when the car leapt the curb. “It didn’t stop, it kept going,” a witness told Local 10 News.

One of the victims was a 3-year-old boy who had to be taken to the hospital. Only one person was killed.

The victim was identified as Gary Michael Prince, 67, by the Miami Beach police department. Posts on social media asserted that Prince was a doctor, a native of New York City, and a Miami Beach resident.

The man who died and his pals were regular customers at Call Me Gaby, according to an individual who was at the scene on Friday but chose not to speak to the press, according to reports.

The investigation into the crash continues. A statement was released from Call Me Gaby’s owners.

“We are deeply saddened and devastated by last night’s tragic event. On behalf of everyone within the Call Me Gaby family, our thoughts and prayers go out to those injured and deceased in the incident and their loved ones.
