Kyle Massey, 29, was issued a $100,000 arrest warrant by a Washington State judge after failing to appear for his arraignment for the second time, according to Deadline.

In June, the actor, who has appeared on shows such as That’s So Raven and Cory in the House, was charged with one count of immoral communication with a minor. He has been charged with sending pornographic images to a 13-year-old girl.

Massey’s court date in King County was originally scheduled for late June. It was rescheduled for the morning of July 12, when the actor failed to appear for the first time.

Massey’s charges were first reported by TMZ, who stated that the case involves explicit photos, videos, and text messages that the actor allegedly sent to a teen who is said to be a long-time acquaintance.
