Facing 50 Years: Former 'Cheer' Star Jerry Harris Pleads Guilty in Child Pornography Case (Image: Screenshot/YouTube/CBS Chicago)

Jerry Harris has entered a plea agreement in his child pornography case, according to TMZ .
The “Cheer” star appeared in federal court in Chicago on Thursday to enter a plea to two charges: receiving child pornography through interstate commerce and traveling across state lines with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.
Harris was previously under FBI investigation for reportedly soliciting sex from minors in May 2019. According to the federal govt, Jerry sought sexually explicit photographs from teenaged boys, which had been sent to him.
The judge informed Harris that sentencing guidelines call for him to serve up to 50 years in prison but the judge will eventually determine Harris’ sentence during a June 28 hearing.
