On Monday, a 28-year-old woman, Audrey Nicole Francisquini, dressed as a student and put on a school bag, grabbed a skateboard, and went to her neighborhood high school and tried her best to blend in.
She went to the school and handed out flyers to gain Instagram followers, police say. According to CBS Miami, she was arrested.
Francisquini strolled into American Senior High School in Miami, filming herself with her phone as she roamed the school, pleading with students to follow her on Instagram.
When she was confronted by school security, she attempted to act as if she was looking for the registration office. After being questioned, she didn’t leave the premises, she continued to chat it up with students as they went to their classes.
A “potential threat on campus” was put out to the administration and security, but Francisquini had escaped through a side door to the school parking lot. Investigators used her flyers to locate her and she was then taken into custody.
She was charged with resisting an officer without violence, burglary, and interference with an educational institution.
