The boxing legend’s condo in Las Vegas is where a family member of Floyd Mayweather’s girlfriend, Jamie Lynn, committed suicide earlier this week, according to TMZ Sports.
Jarrett Johnson, 24, was reportedly found by a friend who visited the condo on August 22 at around 4:30 PM. The friend dialed 911, but when the police arrived, Johnson had already passed away.
According to sources, Jarrett hanged himself.
Johnson was a truly outstanding football player who earned All-Conference and Southeast Missouri All-Region honors as a quarterback in high school. Later, Jarrett played a variety of positions for Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
Whether Jarrett was residing on the property at the time of the incident is unknown. The location is reportedly just one of many that he owns in Las Vegas.
According to our sources, Mayweather is devastated about the death because he and Jarrett had a relationship.
They even posed for photos together while traveling around the country over the years.
On Johnson’s social media, tributes have been pouring in, with relatives and friends offering their condolences.
It’s heartbreaking news for the Johnson family; Jarrett’s brother, Justice, was killed in 2019 at the age of 18.
