Boxing star George Foreman alleges two women fabricated  allegations of sexual assault against him in order to exploit millions of dollars from him.

According to sources close to the situation, a lawsuit against Foreman is set to be filed in Los Angeles this week by two women whose dads supposedly had a friendship and business connection with Foreman decades ago.

According to our sources, the lawsuit will say that Foreman sexually abused the women in the 1970s.

However, Foreman stated in a statement on Wednesday that the charges are completely false.

“Over the past six months,” Foreman said, “two women have been trying to extort millions of dollars each from me and my family. They are falsely claiming that I sexually abused them over 45 years ago in the 1970s.”

“I adamantly and categorically deny these allegations. The pride I take in my reputation means as much to me as my sports accomplishments, and I will not be intimidated by baseless threats and lies.”

According to our sources, Foreman believes the complaint and the charges in it are all part of a “coordinated extortion scheme” in which the ladies have demanded him to pay $12.5 MILLION each since January.

Foreman, a former two-time heavyweight champion who founded the George Foreman Grill, achieved a 76-5 record in his fighting career. He is said to be valued approximately $300 million.
