Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known by his stage name DaBaby, was arrested for fighting with ex-girlfriend DaniLeigh’s brother, Brandon Bills, according to the authorities. The investigation into the altercation at a bowling alley has been halted for the most unexpected reason: the purported victim’s lack of cooperation.
According to TMZ, the investigation into DaBaby’s bowling alley brawl was halted because Bills, the alleged victim, refused to cooperate with the police.

Footage of a brutal assault at a California bowling alley made the rounds on the internet in February. The rapper and his crew delivered fist & feet on DaniLeigh’s brother in the video, who took the brunt of their punches.
The police started investigating the case after reviewing the footage, which displayed DaBaby throwing the very first punch before his squad joined in the brawl.
After the rapper, who happens to share a daughter with the victim’s sister, got into an altercation with the mother of his child, things between the artist and Bills started to get heated.Embed from Getty Images
At the time, the singer publicly addressed some of the former couple’s issues, leading to a fracas in which DaniLeigh was arrested for assault in North Carolina.
Insiders said the investigation into her brother’s case was still ongoing, but that no advancements would be made until the complainant cooperated with the cops.
