Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known by his stage name DaBaby, was arrested for fighting with ex-girlfriend DaniLeigh’s brother, Brandon Bills, according to the authorities. The investigation into the altercation at a bowling alley has been halted for the most unexpected reason: the purported victim’s lack of cooperation.
According to TMZ, the investigation into DaBaby’s bowling alley brawl was halted because Bills, the alleged victim, refused to cooperate with the police.
Despite video evidence of the beatdown, sources told the news outlet that authorities couldn’t move forward with the case without the complainant.

The police started investigating the case after reviewing the footage, which displayed DaBaby throwing the very first punch before his squad joined in the brawl.
After the rapper, who happens to share a daughter with the victim’s sister, got into an altercation with the mother of his child, things between the artist and Bills started to get heated.

Insiders said the investigation into her brother’s case was still ongoing, but that no advancements would be made until the complainant cooperated with the cops.
