Tory Lanez texted Megan Thee Stallion, stating he was intoxicated when he reportedly shot her, according to a series of remorseful messages received from TMZ.
Although the Canadian rapper never directly addressed the shooting or the gun, he admitted that the 25-year-old singer would probably never talk to him again.
‘I genuinely want u to know I’m sorry from the bottom of my heart,’ ‘I was just too drunk.’
‘None the less sh*t should have never happened and I can’t change what did. I just feel horrible.’
The source also verified that the messages are authentic to Page Six, which referred to her statements that Lanez had shot her twice in the foot.
