The Queens District Attorney’s Office stated Friday that TV actor Isaiah Stokes has been indicted in the February murder of Tyrone Jones.

The shooting took place in the afternoon on February 7. Surveillance video shows Stokes departing a car near the junction of Linden Boulevard and 200th Street and then unloading 11 shots into a parked Jeep Grand Cherokee, which fatally injured Tyrone Jones, a 37-year-old man from Queens Village, according to authorities.

He is due to appear in court Monday and faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

Stokes has been on television shows such as “Law & Order,” “Power,” and “Boardwalk Empire,” among others.

“Gun violence is all too prevalent in our neighborhoods. We will not allow it to become the norm,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement.
