A Florida pastor is facing charges after reportedly masturbating in an Osceola County Starbucks patio space.
Enginio Dali Muniz-Colon, 39, was apprehended after officers received reports about a guy revealing his sexual organs while masturbating on the patio of a Starbucks on Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, according to an arrest document by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office.
An enquiry eventually revealed that Muniz-Colon had previously encountered similar charges in the very same location.
Muniz-Colon was taken into custody on Monday and is being held on a $1,000 bond for revealing his sexual organs.
Muniz-Colon is a Kissimmee pastor who also teaches online Ministry classes.
