Blac Chyna’s lawyer responded to the Kardashian-Jenners’ request for more than $391,000 in attorney costs.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s attorney during her recent two-week court case against the reality TV stars, told Page Six in an exclusive statement late Tuesday that the superstar family “cannot recover” her client’s legal costs (born Angela White).

“Kris Jenner’s attempt to financially ruin Angela White, the mother of her granddaughter Dream Kardashian, will not work,” Ciani said.

According to the lawyer, expenses are only granted to defendants “when they are without fault” under California law, but the jury found that both Kris and Kylie Jenner “falsely claimed” Chyna mistreated her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian.

“The same Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendants Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner did not act reasonably and in good faith to protect their own economic interests in the ‘Rob & Chyna’ show,” Ciani’s statement continued.

“Because Ms. White achieved these litigation objectives, defendants cannot be considered ‘prevailing parties’ under California law, and they cannot recover their exorbitant litigation costs of $391,000 from Ms. White.”

According to Page Six, Chyna, 34, was granted no damages in her defamation suit against the Kardashian-Jenners, but the jury actually found that Kris, 66, Kylie, 24, and Kim, 41, continued to act to protect their own financial interests.

They also discovered that Kris, Kim, Khloé, 37, and Kylie were aware of Chyna’s agreement with the E! network, but that their actions did not stop Chyna from trying to perform under that contract.

Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kris, Kim, Khloé, and Kylie for $40 million in lost earnings and much more over $60 million in future revenues, asserting the family used their power to smear her public image and inhibit economic opportunities after they reportedly “conspired” to cancel the second season of “Rob & Chyna,” which they dismissed.
