Snoop Dogg discussed the Queen in a recent interview with DJ Whoo Kid, recalling a 1994 UK publication feature story with Snoop that urged politicians to “kick this evil bastard out,” referring to Snoop’s first and second-degree murder charges. He was in the United Kingdom at the period.

In Los Angeles in 1993, a man was shot. Snoop and his then-bodyguard were arrested and charged with first-degree murder. In 1996, the charge was dropped.

Snoop previously discussed the incident in a 2015 interview with The Guardian, stating: “When they tried to kick me out of England, the queen made a comment that her grandbabies loved Snoop Doggy Dogg, and he had done no wrong in the UK, so she gave me permission to be here.”
