One guy was detained on Sunday, and investigators are searching for at least three more people they believe were engaged in a drive-by shooting that murdered a 13-year-old North Carolina girl who was wounded by a bullet while sitting at an outside picnic table with other kids, according to authorities.

Monroe resident Javon Demontre Robinson, 20, has been charged with first-degree murder. He is being held without bond at the Union County Jail. Darius Roland, 19, was also apprehended and charged with first-degree murder, according to WBTV.

The family to the outlet, Loyalti Allah, 13, was slain in a drive-by shooting while waiting for a DoorDash delivery.

According to Monroe police, numerous shell casings were discovered at the location, and there appeared to be no further casualties.

Allah was discovered with a bullet wound and was rushed to the hospital, where he perished. On Mother’s Day, she turned 13.

According to police, a black Ford Freestyle (SUV) drove near and someone inside started shooting at the youngsters before racing away.

A 2005 Ford Freestyle thought to have been connected in the shooting has also been found, according to police.
