The suspect in the shooting of Daytona Beach Officer Jason Raynor in the head has been apprehended, according to law enforcement.

The Daytona Beach Police Department confirmed Othal Wallace’s arrest early Saturday morning.

Wallace was apprehended near Atlanta and discovered hiding in a treehouse on a property reportedly owned by an organization named NFAC. The term stands for the “Not F**king Around Coalition,” a self-proclaimed militia made up entirely of Black Americans.

NFAC, confirmed Wallace used to be a member of their organization but was terminated from their group in January, Debbie James, a spokeswoman for NFAC Global, told News 6.

Wallace reportedly informed authorities while being arrested, “you guys know who I am, know what I am capable of… it could have been a lot worse,” Daytona Beach Police Chief Jakari Young said.
