Officials said an Oklahoma man accused of killing three people had admitted to killing his neighbor, cutting out her heart and then cooking it to feed his family, according to The Post.
Andrea Lynn Blankenship, 41, was allegedly stabbed to death in her Chickasha home on Feb. 9 by Lawrence Anderson, The Oklahoman reported.
“He took the heart back to 214 West Minnesota, Chickasha,” stated an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation in a search warrant obtained by the outlet.
“He cooked the heart with potatoes to feed to his family to release the demons.”
Anderson stayed at 214 West Minnesota location with his aunt, Delsie Pye, and his uncle, Leon Pye, upon his early release in January.
After killing his neighbor, he went back to his aunt’s home where he cooked the heart. He allegedly killed his uncle Leon, and his 4-year-old granddaughter, and then stabbed his aunt.
The aunt survived the stabbing and Anderson was arrested for the murders. Anderson confessed at a hospital in Oklahoma City where he was being treated, after authorities discovered Blankenship’s body two days later.
