On Tuesday, authorities in Maine confiscated four pounds of cocaine disguised as cake. Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents stopped a man and woman on I-295 and uncovered “a significant amount of cocaine in their vehicle.”

The agency released a photo of the drugs, which were wrapped in a cake wrapper. According to a spokesperson for the Bangor Daily News, the cocaine was littered with coffee grounds to mask the scent from drug-sniffing K9 dogs.

The cocaine’s street price is assumed to be $200,000, according to the agency. The cocaine was allegedly destined for distribution in Kennebec and Somerset counties.

Police have arrested John Cedeno, 25, of New York, and Chelsy Cochran, 33, of Winslow, Maine, and charged both with drug trafficking.
