Pooh Shiesty may be off the hook after being accused of shooting a security guard in Miami.  The alleged victim now says he doesn’t remember a thing and doesn’t even remember giving a statement to cops.

Bradford Cohen and Saam Zangeneh, Pooh Shiesty’s lawyers, Child emotion to dispute the sworn testimony from the security guard who now claims he was on painkillers and  unaware of what he said to police.

Frivin Dor’s transcribed conversation with Pooh’s legal counsel is recorded and he’s on record as stating he was provided Dilaudid, a powerful opioid painkiller, when he first got to the hospital that evening, which he now asserts knocked him out  because he doesn’t remember a thing, according to TMZ docs.

Dor speculates in this new story that the ruckus in the club was caused by a whirling fan (not a human) that fell in a neighboring parking garage. He also claims he has no recollection of Pooh aiming or firing at him.

He also stated in the documents that he does not want to file charges and that he does not want officials in Florida to contact him about the situation.
