According to a report from the Michigan Information & Research Service, when Michigan State Representative Jewell Jones was apprehended a weeks ago in Livingston County, he was observed with his pants down with a woman.

The Michigan lawmaker was arrested on obstruction and weapons charges, and dashcam footage shows him trying to resist arrest during the traffic stop. He is also accused of conspiring to use his role as a legislator to get out of the police custody by saying he would contact Governor Gretchen Whitmer during the stop.

According to the report, a paramedic on the scene noticed the woman’s trousers were down and Jones’ pants were partly down.

After it was assessed that the woman was also unable to stand on her own, had started vomiting, and was basically slow to respond, she was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
