A Las Vegas mom is overjoyed after more than $170,000 was donated to help her pay her rent.

Dasha Kelly was highlighted on CNN on Monday after she and her three daughters received a 24-hour eviction notice from their Las Vegas home.

She and her three girls, ages five, six, and eight, can now breathe a little better, thanks to nearly $200,000 in contributions on GoFundMe as of Wednesday morning, following CNN’s coverage of her situation.

Kelly had begun fundraising in the hopes of paying back roughly $2,000 in late rent. It just took 24 hours for contributors captivated by her story to surpass her goal.

Kelly was a dealer in a Las Vegas casino prior to the outbreak. She had lost her work, as well as her vehicle and money for daycare.

She revealed that she pawned or sold practically whatever she and her daughters possessed, including their furniture, in order to protect her family from becoming homeless.
