The legal battle between NeNe Leakes and Bravo has concluded.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 54, previously sued Bravo, NBC Universal, studio executives including Andy Cohen, and other relevant entities in April. Leakes accused the defendants, which included production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original, of willfully violating employment and anti-discrimination laws at the time.
The former reality tv star “dismisses this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Monday.

This is a case where all parties have agreed to dismiss without prejudice. As a result, Leakes has the option of revisiting this case in the future if she so desires.
PEOPLE managed to reach out to Bravo and Leakes’ legal counsel for a statement on the dismissal headlines, which was first revealed by The U.S. Sun.

She furthermore claimed that her defunct co-star and friend Kim Zolciak-Biermann made racist statements for years, but that it was Leakes who was reprimanded for notifying network execs about the issue.
