The divorce comes seven months after the athlete was held at gun point by Nina due to an alleged affair.

Nina Thomas, the wife of NFL player Earl Thomas, filed for a divorce on Saturday, seven months after pulling a gun on her husband because he was in bed with two women and her brother.

As revealed by TMZ, Nina Thomas filed the paperwork on Nov. 3, citing adultery, stating that there is “no reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

As per court papers from the April 13 incident, Nina and the former NFL athlete were involved in a verbal altercation when the police got a phone call. Nina was found chasing her husband around a car with a knife.

As per the documents, Nina logged into his Snapchat account and found a video of him and another woman. She was able to locate him because of the video and interrogated him with a 9mm pistol.
