After being charged with selling steroids out of her home, a Western Oklahoma middle school teacher is now behind bars.

Heather Porter’s Elk City house was raided on Thursday, and investigators discovered over 1,000 bottles of steroids, KFOR reported.

Heather Porter is now facing ten felony charges for the alleged operation, which the Elk City Police Department is still investigating. Travis Porter, her husband, is facing three felony charges, while accusations against Klaudia Porter, her 20-year-old daughter, are still pending. All three have been taken into custody, the outlet reported.

The siege on the Merritt Middle School teacher’s home surprised neighbors of the normally calm Calhoon Street area.

“She’s into bodybuilding and some had rumored that she maybe messed with steroids, but no one would have thought she would distribute them and have them all in her house,” said neighbor Dylan Anderson. “It was actually shocking to be honest. It’s a sad, sad story.”
