'Police out here, she dead': Wisconsin Man Records Himself Right After Allegedly Killing The Mother of His Child

Two people were killed in an apartment complex in a Milwaukee suburb, police said. The shooter later died of an obvious self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Three people were killed and one injured in Saturday morning’s shooting, which officials believe began with a “domestic dispute,” Brown Deer Police Chief Peter Nimmer said.

He stated that the 26-year-old suspect shot himself and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Additionally, Nimmer stated that a 31-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were killed. A 36-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.

He stated that the child in the apartment was not harmed.

Nimmer stated that he was unaware of the “relationships of all parties involved.”

Police were dispatched briefly after 10 a.m. to the Park Plaza Court apartments. The accused person fired shots from the 2nd floor at officers, but no police were injured, though a police vehicle was hit. Nimmer stated that no officers fired shots, and officers subsequent to the incident heard only one additional round fired — most likely the self-inflicted gunshot.

Local news outlets reported earlier that police vehicles, ambulances, and fire department vehicles had gathered outside the apartment complex, and that a medical examiner from Milwaukee County had been directed to the scene.
