R. Kelly tries to undermine the allegations of abuse of his former lover Joycelyn Savage by accusing her of leaving when the funds run out.
For the past couple of years, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary were the two ladies by Kelly’s side. They publicly denied abuse allegations, pledging to love Kelly. Many believe that the two young ladies were being manipulated cut off from their loved ones, and forced to talk about Kelly favorably.
Joycelyn came out this week randomly from hiding and resurfaced on social media. She implied that on Patreon, a premium membership website, she would speak her mind. She has started to release chapters where she describes Kelly’s visual violence. For the first time in the post, she labeled herself a “victim.”
The accused perpetrator of child sex has a lawyer named Steve Greenberg. Hours after Joycelyn had been praised for speaking her heart, Greenberg decided to speak out. Greenberg released a statement to Variety accusing the alleged sex slave Kelly of seeking to exploit him.
He said, “It is unfortunate that Jocelyn now seeks to make money by exploiting her long time, loving relationship with Robert. Obviously if she were to tell the truth no one would pay so she has, unfortunately, chosen to regurgitate the stories and lies told by others for her own personal profit. We know the real facts, and it was not until the money ran out that she decided anything was wrong. Hopefully people will see it for the obvious profiteering it is.”
Greenberg acknowledges the fact that Kelly is broke, something that his team has been attempting to push for more over a year. This despite prosecutors having accused Kelly in court of relocating funds to a banking account of childhood friends.

According to the Chicago Sun Times, Savage also wrote of:
• Lots of other girls. “Robert would bring different girls home that stayed just like me, and they were definitely younger then me.”
• Constant monitoring. “I didn’t have any privacy at all,” she wrote. Kelly’s “assistant would have to be by the door while I shower.”
• Constant control. One TMZ interview she did, for instance, was heavily rehearsed: “His assistant would starve me for days at a time until I learned it right word for word.”
• Being used either for sex or as a “punching bag.”
• Sexual fetishes. “I’ve been peed on numerous of times I really didn’t want to say this but the truth needs to be heard.”
