After an accident Wednesday, a pedestrian bridge collapsed into traffic on DC-295 in Northeast Washington, D.C., injuring at least five people and trapping a vehicle that spilled diesel gasoline into sewers. The bridge was found to be in poor shape during the most recent inspection, according to NBC4.

When the building collapses over the other side of the highway, the driver can be heard shouting in the dashcam clip shared to YouTube by user Raphael Williams. The fall happened between Kenilworth Avenue and Polk Street NE at 12 p.m. EST.
