Video Shows Fight That Lead To Fatal Shooting Outside Steak Restaurant in Philadelphia (Image: Screenshot/YouTube)
A new video captures the moments leading up to last week’s tragic shooting outside Pat’s King of Steaks in South Philadelphia.
The victim charges at Burkert on video, resulting in a violent brawl. After that, the deadly shot is fired out of frame.
Officers discovered 22-year-old David Padro Jr. with a gunshot wound to the lower back in Camden, New Jersey. Officers transported him to Jefferson University Hospital, but he was pronounced dead.
Burkert’s defense attorney, Chuck Peruto, claims the footage shows the suspect was acting in self-defense.
