The “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” rapper will remain in jail after judge just denied his request to be let out on bond in his murder case.

Following his February arrest for his suspected involvement in the fatal shooting of his cousin Frederick Rooks, Silento requested release on $25,000 bond.

Silento’s bond hearing was held Wednesday in DeKalb County, GA, and the judge found that his history of mental health concerns, along with a propensity of not taking his prescriptions, made him too dangerous to be released on bond while his case is ongoing, according to TMZ.

The judge also mentioned the prosecutor’s worries regarding Silento’s history of denying his mental health problems, notably mentioning that the rapper once departed a mental health clinic in California.

Also during hearing, prosecutors said that Silento’s grandparents, had contested his request for pre-trial release, according to the Daily News.
