After a month of stalking, a suspected stalker was arrested on Good Friday for reportedly attempting to kidnap his ex-coworker and shooting her husband through their front door during the kidnapping attack.

According to police, Justin Arthur-Ray Davis was waiting outside the woman’s home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on April 2 when he attacked her as she left for work. His booking photo shows him with cuts across his face and a plaster on his nose.

According to a statement from the Tulsa Police Department, Davis hopped out of his truck with a shotgun and ran towards the woman, who was joined by her husband, causing the unarmed couple to run back into their apartment.

The suspect allegedly shot through the door, striking the woman’s husband hand, before storming in the house, capturing his victim, and aggressively dragging her down the stairs.

According to a police report, the husband went to help her, and Davis trying to murder him if he didn’t let him take his wife into the vehicle.

After that, he is said to have fired two warning shots into the air.

Authorities said a neighbor called 911 after he tried to take the woman forcibly. According to an arrest report, when police arrived on the scene, the woman managed to run before Davis got into his truck and drove away.

When he tried to exit onto a side street, police said he instantaneously collided into a pole; Davis was rushed to a local hospital with head injuries.

Davis was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on a variety of charges, including eluding police, first-degree burglary, kidnapping, stalking, and others.
