Following a domestic altercation at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas earlier in the month, the wife of Steelers backup quarterback Dwayne Haskins was arrested.

According to the police report, authorities were called to the hotel at on July 3 for a domestic disturbance. Haskins was brought to the hospital for treatment of a “facial injury he sustained.” According to the records, he told police that his wife hit him in the face. “I want her out of my room, she hit me and cut my lip open,” he informed a hotel security guard. During the encounter, he also lost a tooth.

Kalabrya Gondrezick-Haskins, his wife, was arrested and sent to the hospital for evaluation before being jailed. She told detectives that they got married in March and traveled to Las Vegas to celebrate with their pals and reaffirm their vows. There was a disagreement at some point. When things got heated, she allegedly punched Dwayne Haskins in the mouth.

She was charged with battery domestic violence causing serious bodily harm.
