Swerving & Burping: Florida Man Charged With DUI After Driving Motorized Shopping Cart into Walmart Shelves

According to police, a Florida man was charged with DUI after allegedly scooting around in a motorized shopping cart while drunk af in a Walmart.

Aaron Gregory, 39, swerved & burped through the Melbourne store on Sunday, colliding with shelves and nearly mowing down customers, according to WFTL.

When police arrived at the store, Gregory was allegedly carrying an open bottle of Smirnoff vodka inside a backpack in the scooter’s basket.

According to authorities, he had “glassy eyes,” reeked like alcohol, and refused to undergo a breathalyzer test.

DUI, disorderly intoxication, and possession of an open container were all charged against the habitual drinker on wheels.
