Blac Chyna might very well finally have her day in court against the Kardashians, after a years-long legal fight over the fate of her former E! show.
The reality tv star and who has children with both Rob Kardashian and Tyga, indicated that she would be refocusing her efforts on her civil case against the family, which she claims will be presented to a jury in less than two weeks.
According to Chyna, “I plan to refocus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie which starts in 13 days. When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS.”
Embed from Getty ImagesShe continues, “I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that whats right is right, and what’s wrong is wrong. And what they did was so wrong.”
Additionally, Chyna expresses gratitude that a jury will get to hear her personally as to what she claims occurred behind closed doors, such as alleged “lies” told and harm caused.
Additionally, she stated the following “At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too.”
Embed from Getty ImagesThis all goes back to 2017, when Chyna sued the Kardashians for allegedly making foul moves behind the scenes to derail her and Rob’s reality show, “Rob & Chyna,” for a variety of reasons, including what she called racist motives.
The Kardashians and their lawyers have slammed her claims, claiming that Chyna’s protection order against Rob and their tumultuous relationship made the show impossible to complete. They’ve also dismissed her accusations of racism, claiming that it smells like desperation and that her reasoning has significantly changed over the last five years.
