Prosecutors have reportedly reached a plea deal with two girls, aged 13 and 15, who were charged with the murder and attempted carjacking of a Pakistani immigrant killed in March while working as a food delivery driver in Washington, DC.

Mohammad Anwar, 66, died when the teens, armed with a taser, sped away in his car while he continue to cling to the driver’s side with the door open and crashed moments later just outside of the Washington Nationals’ ballpark, according to authorities.

The teens made a plea agreement with prosecutors on Monday that means they will not be detained after the age of 21 or put in a prison facility.

The juvenile perpetrators, one of whom is from DC and the other from nearby Fort Washington, Maryland, have not been named by authorities.
