According to authorities, a 30-year-old man, Lysanius Lee Jackson of Fort Worth, was fatally shot at a gas station in Fort Worth over the weekend.

Officers were called to a gunshot at the Texaco in the 1500 block of East Berry Street about 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, according to NBC5.

According to police, the first investigation indicated that two individuals had an altercation, and one of them pulled out his pistol and shot the other.

As of Sunday afternoon, no suspect had been apprehended. The matter is being investigated by homicide investigators.
