At a pub, a lady was pulled down a flight of stairs by her hair, and the horrifying incident, done by a security officer, has sparked indignation and protests.

The heinous crime occurred Saturday at Nellie’s Sports Club in Washington, D.C., a prominent LGBTQ+ bar that had been crowded after the city’s Pride festival earlier in the day. In the footage, you can hear bar patrons being astonished to see the security guard.

You can hear partygoers stunned to see the security officer dragging a Black woman in the video, and their shock rapidly grew to outrage.

Several bystanders began assaulting the security guard, who is Black, and chaos ensued. Keisha Young, the alleged victim, told WUSA9 that the incident began when the bar staff mistook her for somebody else.
