Someone called the officers with the Monroe Police Department’s HEAT team to inform them about a waitress that was getting high on the j-o-b.

31-year-old Candace Townsend was questioned by police after walking out of the restroom. She reportedly stated she was only using the restroom and started to walk away.

Officers entered the restroom she walked out of, and Townsend ran full speed, back into the restroom because she forgot her pink and white bag full of her goodies on the counter.

Townsend eventually admitted that she was getting high by smoking meth in the restroom and she also copped to the weed she was carrying.

Officers discovered two clear cellophane bags of crystal meth, a clear bag of marijuana, two Subutex pills, and a warm glass meth pipe in Townsend’s bag.

Townsend was arrested for Possession of CDS I, II, and III, as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and was taken to the Ouachita Correctional Center.
