The case of two men accused of murdering Memphis rapper Young Dolph resumed in court on Friday.

Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson both appeared in front of a judge again, this moment to disclose representation in the case.

After last week’s appearance was delayed due to the ice storm, the question of whether they would have counsel before the next court date remained, or if they would have to be given one after telling the court they needed more time.

According to WMC, Johnson and Smith informed the judge on Friday that they now have attorneys.

Johnson has been assigned Juni Ganguli, who also represented Sherra Wright in the murder of her husband, NBA star Lorenzen Wright, and Smith has been assigned Michael Scholl.

Lawyers for both men said they entered not guilty pleas, according to FOX13.

Johnson and Smith will appear in court again on March 24.

Johnson is scheduled to appear in general sessions court on February 14 for a completely unconnected charge.
